Communication will take place via Twitter/X DMs and email. Discord can be an option if asked for.

The client may not use artworks produced by me for AI or NFT usage.The artworks the client purchases from me may use them for personal use and commercial use (all I ask is for credit).I have the right to refuse any request that I find uncomfortable and may block you from requesting any other artworks in the future.

I am allowed to update my terms whenever I'd like, but any client that has already made a payment will not be affected by these changes for the concurrent commission.

All commissions will take a minimum of 2-4 weeks. Delays can occur due to being a college student, therefore it may increase to a maximum of 2 months. Delays will be thoroughly communicated with the client, and may be extended past 2 months with the client's approval.

The client has the right to request phases of the work process (sketch, line-art, base colors, and final). The client may ask for alterations and additions to the artwork. Major alterations/additions cannot be requested once line-art is halfway completed, but I encourage clients to still communicate any requests as I can attempt to accommodate the situation.

Each phase will have a 1 week time interval for approval from the client (this time-frame WILL NOT count as part of the total time-frame of the commission). If 1 week passes with no response, then I will proceed the artwork and may not accept any changes/requests.

I reserve the right to take at least 1 week to provide a sketch.

It is still the client's responsibility to upkeep communication with the artist.

All artworks will be completed with the program "Procreate".

Payments must be sent in full before I may begin on any commission.

Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE past the approved sketch.

Full refunds will be given if requested during the sketch phase.

The current payment methods that I will accept are Cashapp and PayPal. Any other method of payment will be declined. (Avoid mentioning anything relating to NSFW or other no-no words especially when using PayPal as this can block my account!!).

All payments will be calculated in USD.

Chargebacks are NOT PERMITTED and will get you immediately blacklisted from any future interactions/inquireies with me.

You, the client, must have fully read the TOS that I have written out and cannot disregard any aspects that I have laid out.

You, the client, are fully able to post any commissioned artworks from me on social media and other platforms.

You, the client, may not claim credit for the work I put into any commissioned artworks from me.

You, the client, must provide simple credit when sharing on public platforms (or at the very least maintain my signature on my pieces).

You, the client, retain full rights to the character design (regarding character design commissions). This does not absolve you from my own artist rights to your artworks.

You, the client, may use commissioned artworks for commercial use (T-shirts, merch, etc.) as long as credit is given.

You, the client, will have your artworks bound to its concurrent TOS regulations depending on when the artwork has been commissioned. Future changes/updates to the TOS will not affect older commissions.

You, the client, are responsible for the ownership and protection of your artworks purchased from me.

You, the client, may request some privacy/anonymity for any pieces. This means I may not share WIPs, stream/share progress with anyone, or post any mention of you on social media. This does not remove my copyright rights from any commissioned artworks that I produce and may still post and use any artworks for my portfolio and usages.

I, the artist, reserve the right use any artworks for my portfolio and social medias. Credit will be given unless the client chooses to stay anonymous.

I, the artist, will decide when to drop and issue full refunds for whatever reason I deem acceptable during the commission process.

I, the artist, will decline any commission request that I do not find comfortable working on (See "Do's and Don'ts" for what I accept and reject).

I, the artist, maintain the right to signature any piece I create and will NOT remove them for any reason unless discussed prior.

I, the artist, may apply fees for whatever is appliacable.

I will not add any changes/additions to the final product after the client's approval.

Canvas dimensions/ratio aspects MUST be discussed during the initial sketch phase.

You are responsible for properly storing my artworks produced by me as I cannot guarantee my files to stay safe from corruption/data loss.

I permit comments on quality or my artistic envision as long as it is tasteful and constructive. If any part does not match my usual quality, I will then take that into consideration and could potentially refine certain parts again IF I choose to do so.

Artwork will be sent through a dropbox link, but this may change depending on client request or other circumstances.

Sketch includes base colors and small detailing.

Flat color includes simple cell shade and clean line-art.

Full color includes rendered shading (the full process).

NSFW option: No charge (must be 18+ to select)

Simple Background: +$10

Detailed background: +$30

Extra Characters: +60% per (Based on base price, additions to price are not included in this calculation)

Extra requests: (Additional charge on this factor will be based on complexity of customer request)

Complex designs (i.e. Large wings, extremely intricate patterns, etc.): +$10
